1. If you choose to cancel your registration
More than 24 hours prior to the program start date: 50% refund or credit voucher issued amount paid.
Less than 24 hours prior to the program start date: no refund or credit will be issued.
2. Non-Participation
Following the initial class, if you decide your child is not ready for the program or its content, we will issue you with a credit voucher**. The value of the credit voucher will be a maximum of 60% of the initial registration fee paid. To request a credit voucher for non-participation, you must contact RST offices before the 2nd session / camp day begins.
3. Medical Cancellation
If a medical emergency arises and you submit medical documentation stating that the registrant cannot participate, Resilient Soccer Training will issue a credit voucher* for any time missed (affected dates must be notated on the medical documentation submitted).
If we cancel the program:
1. Cancelled due to low enrollment
To run a quality camp or class, we do require that a minimum enrollment is met. We do not like to cancel any programs but if we do, you will receive notification from us.
2. Cancelled registration if the coach feels that the participant is not having the best experience or is hindering the experience of other participants, we reserve the right to ask the customer to drop out of the class. In this scenario, a full refund will be issued.
The vast majority of Resilient Soccer Training programming consists of outdoor activities. Registration for any camp or session should come with the understanding that a portion of a camp/sessions may be impacted or canceled due to adverse** weather conditions.
If a program is impacted by weather, where you registered for the program will dictate the weather policy which applies.
Resilient Soccer Training offer the following discounts and special offers to its customers for promotional purposes. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these discounts and special offers at any time without further notice.
Training Memberships must be purchased at a value specified on this website. Once purchased, Training Memberships have zero cash value and cannot be refunded or credited in any way. Resilient Soccer Training reserve the right to exclude certain products or services from any Training Membership discount program. Training Membership discounts may not be combined with additional promotions or discount programs.
Resilient Soccer Training will issue gift coupons and promotional codes for certain products, services or to specified Registered Users on either a dollar or percent value. Purchase of gift coupons must be made based on the “Terms of Sale”. We reserve the right to refuse all and any use of promotional codes for misuse. If you have received a gift coupon or promotional code, please note that Recreation Departments or other 3rd party organizations do not accept these company discounts or promotions. Your gift coupon or promotional code can be used towards a program on Our Website. However, promotional codes cannot be combined nor can they be applied to discounted or pro-rated programs.
If you have been issued a credit voucher from Resilient Soccer Training, please note that Recreation Departments do not accept these company credit vouchers. Your credit voucher can be used towards a program on Our Website.
Credit vouchers will expire within 1 year after it has been issued.
All online payment transactions are processed securely through PayPal as the dedicated payment gateway on behalf of Resilient Soccer Training, LLC (herein “RST”). I agree that I am entering an agreement with Resilient Soccer Training to provide me with products or services and understand that PayPal is the payment gateway handling my secure transaction and are not in any way responsible or liable for the service provided to me by Resilient Soccer Training via https://resilientsoccer.com/ (here "Our Website") and that my credit card statement will detail payment transaction through Resilient Soccer Training.

When you register with Resilient Soccer Training, LLC directly or via www.resilientsoccer.com you agree to the following: You agree to list all additional medical information by enclosing an additional written documentation when registering. I hereby agree to let my child participate in the sport of soccer. I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play of this sport, as well as in traveling and other related activities incidental to my participation, and am willing to assume these risks. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in the sport of soccer and that he/she is healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in this activity, except as included in writing with this application. In addition to giving full consent for my child's participation, I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless Resilient Soccer Training, LLC, its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in the sport of soccer and the activities incidental thereto, whether the result of negligence or any other cause. I grant permission for my child to receive emergency medical treatment. I grant Resilient Soccer Training, LLC permission to use photographic or video images of my child in future promotional materials.
